To encourage recycling at events throughout Dubuque and Delaware counties, the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency (DMASWA) has partnered with the City of Dubuque, Dubuque County Conservation Board and, most recently, the City of Dyersville to loan recycling receptacles to event planners.
