Almost all neighborhoods have areas that could use a little attention. If you or your group want to help, we have safety vests, gloves, litter grabbers, and collection bags available. To make it even easier, when arrangements are made before the event, the Dubuque County Roads Department or City of Dubuque Public Works Department will pick up the collected materials.
