Preparation

Paper Products

  • Must be clean and dry
  • Flatten to conserve space

Metals

  • Rinse out cans
  • If possible, flatten cans with metal lids inside
  • Be sure all metal is clean

Plastics

  • Remove and discard all caps, lids, rings, and pumps
  • Flatten containers to conserve space
  • No plastic bags - recycle plastic bags at participating stores
