DMASWA Appliance Recycling Program

The Appliance Recycling Program is available as a drop-off area located at the Dubuque Metro Landfill. Appliances are accepted for a $5.00 fee from residents and businesses in Dubuque and Delaware counties. Collected appliances are then taken to a local recycling company for processing and certified hazardous component recovery. Appliances are removed from the landfill site before any removal of Freon, PCBs, and metal recovery. Contact the Dubuque Metro Landfill by calling 563-557-8220 for more information.
